Over on lightroomkillertips.com there is a really cool (free) Adobe Lightroom preset.  It the look from the movie "The Hangover". It's kind of that desaturated, hazy, orange/redish tint to it.  The entire site is full of great tips and articles for Lightroom and tons of other free presets for lightroom.
